Why is Chrome Asking my User to Update Their Password?

With the increase of data breaches in recent years, some browsers (including Chrome) may provide warnings to users when particular username/password combinations are used. If the browsers are set with these functions, and they detect a login that was previously reported as part of a data breach, they may warn the user with a message similar to the following (see image):

To be clear, this type of message is being generated from the user's browser, and it is because their particular combination of username and password login may have been compromised elsewhere. It is not something that is being affected, produced, or pertaining to Shift4Shop or your store specifically.
