Why Doesn't My Product Option Help Link Work?

• Issue: Product has the option with a help icon to provide more information to the shopper, but it is not appearing.

• Cause: The viewer's browser is blocking pop-ups.

If you use options on your products and want to add a help icon to show additional information about the option, you can use the option's Help Link. The added information will appear as a javascript pop-up window when the site visitor clicks on the "?" icon while viewing the product.

However, if the browser is set to block pop-up windows, the viewer will likely not be able to see the pop-up message.
