Why Aren't my Packing Slips Showing the Shipping Address?

• Issue: When viewing some order packing slips, the shipping address is listed as "Multiple Packages" instead of showing the shipping address.

• Cause: The order is part of a split shipment.

When viewing the packing slips on specific orders, you may notice that the shipping address is listed as "Multiple Packages" instead of showing the shipping address as it appears with other orders.

This happens because the order was part of a split shipment.

When the order is split, each individual shipment's packing slip will not display the shipping address. However, if you print out the main order's packing slip, the shipping address will be displayed as line items (in the order details of the packing slip) with each split of the shipment.
