Why are the Shipping Labels Showing the Same Customer Information For All Orders?

• Issue: When printing out shipping labels, the same customer shipping information is repeated on each subsequent order label.

• Cause: Your browser's cache is displaying previous customer information.

As you are printing out shipping labels for multiple orders in the Online Store Manager, you may experience an issue where the first customer's information is shown for each subsequent order label. This happens because your browser is caching the first customer's shipping information when the page initially loads. It then uses this cached information for the display of each subsequent order.

To fix this, clear your browser's cache to have it refresh the next order with the proper information.
