Cancel a Placed Order

To cancel an order on your store:

  1. Log into your Shift4Shop Online Store Manager.

  2. Using the left navigation menu, go to Orders > Manage Orders.

  3. Locate the order you'd like to cancel and click on its invoice number to open it.

Toward the top of the order, you'll see a drop-down menu labeled "Status."

4. Select Cancel from the drop-down menu.

5. Click Save at the top right to finish canceling the order.
