If you would like to see a list of customer records that have no orders associated with them, you can perform a special export of your customers using the following steps:
Log into your Shift4Shop Online Store Manager.
Using the left navigation menu, go to Customers > Customer List.
Once there, look to the top right of the page and click on the Export/Import button.
These steps will take you to the CSV Export and Import options for your store's customer records. On the left side of the page, you'll see your Export possibilities.
4. Click on the + Icon next to "Customers."
Normally, you would click on the "Export Data" button to export your whole customer record database. However, there are filtering options that can also be used to export smaller increments of the records.
To export customer records with no associated orders, you can use the "No Orders Between" selectors to select a range of dates. This can be set to any range you'd like, whether it's your store's entire lifespan or a specific period of history.
5. Once you've set the time range on the export, click Export Data.
The store will export a CSV file containing the customers with no orders during the selected timeframe. Once you have this list, you can do whatever you need with those customer contacts (i.e., market to them, update them, etc.).
